Why is it when I remove the addon cause it overrides skins the skins wont go away

The Metro district skin shown in the icon, is available for the 2016 Explorer. To find the skin goto liveries - SuperM - Metropolitan district

Could you make an Alaska State Troopers skin? I think it will fit with the 2016 FPIU and the TDM CVPI
