I'm probably too nostalgic to agree with the idea of simply ripping off the spawn areas. I agreed with your suggestion to make them shorther for Nuke because it never really made sense to me, but on Dust I feel like the spawn areas have a purpose - at least the CT spawn. The area behind CT spawn is used quite often when T's try to take B. The T spawn is used sometimes to save weapons.

Why exactly? They weren't helpful for gameplay.
