What do you mean?
Yes this happens bacuase they share some textures that are in the same materials folder name as the other. It will not affect the game
When you say can't use other add-ons do you mean that they make your ADD-ON LIST turn RED and say that they may conflict? Or do you mean that the game just doesn't work when you start a match?

Worry not my friend the only reason why they may conflict is because they share some similair textures with the other survivors. This will not affect gameplay.
