To install this dupe on your PC(Windows):
1.Download the .zip file
2.Extract the zip file where you want.
3.Open the extracted folder and you will find a dupe + an image
4.Copy paste this to your "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\dupes"(or other location)
5.Enjoy

A simple Combine Outpost with working ladders. I recommend to use this on roads for vehicles.

Ah, you need to go to "Games" in the Props menu(is lowest folder) and search for Half Life 2. Then you should see many folders, and combine_props is one of them.

I mean like the props that make up the dupe :P

These are dupes. You need to find them in the Dupes section next to the NPC and Saves section.

I'll will first try to use my method. If it fails, I'll do like you said. And I think that you can be a great help for my first method. I will publish one of my other dupes on dropbox, giving you the instructions you need right in the description of the Dupe. Look for the "Mortar Synth Dupe/NPC" in my profile workshop. I'll now write the instruction on how to proceed.

How about you do like this?
Use one of a rare map or yours maps,
Place all your dupes there
and make it a save, Maybe then people can dupe your dupes there and they can use them.

Impossible for me. I already tried many times to transform a model into a working prop. Sadly, dupes aren't really useful without saved directory.

I got a idea, it may be stupid but, how about you like turn these to addons but stil dupes?
