The ID method of audio events has changed, meaning this map is now completely silent... i'll probably attempt a fix one day, demo on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zj9deR5-MLs

Everyone knows you can't share custom music in workshop maps, so i turned distance into a tracker, the result; 60 seconds of custom music sequenced from sfx/music assets, turn off car sounds, boost to the finish and it will play!

this map works best with all the audio sliders set at 100%, and car sounds at 0%.

Not finishing the track may bug your sound, going slower will make playback more accurate, also "playback" may skip some notes and have some jitter.
Oh and one last thing.... i have no idea if it breaks in multiplayer (no pun intended)

thanks for enjoying! well..... this is probably close to the most that you can get out of the editor & distance as a tracker (using distance sfx) :)
but never say never, if i can muster up the courage to make a "full length" song that is also fun and challenging to drive as a sprint, then that will be my next project.

perhaps it could involve a cannon, so you could also play it in very fast forward... audio engine will derp out :P

sorry, had to delete and re-upload.....workshop broke and seperated my item in 2 versions that could not be updated, and left me with distance showing a workshop error every time i started.

and it looks like update is also broken for some reason on this version, so no changes.
