Pedestrian Underpass Roundabout by Populous

This is not just another round about... extremely fast roundabout with built in pedestrian control for happy Cims that use the underground sidewalks to cross under the road so they do not block traffic...


Features
- Reduces ON ROAD Pedestrian Traffic so traffic stops are reduced greatly
- Full sidewalk all the way around and under roads and the tunnel entrances are lit if using After Dark
- Improved traffic flow through high speed roundabout
- No Left hand turns
- A path up to the park in the middle for cims to relax after a long walk
- Cim markers set so cims will gather and sit at benches
- After Dark Friendly though not required
- Lowest possible real estate loss
- Normal road costs

Except that fine road anarchy wont go over zoned roads without destroying the houses no matter how high fine A takes it and no matter if the pillars arent touching it whereas it seems the advanced road anarchy wont destory the buildings as long as the bridge pillars dont touch it i believe.

A very common game issue for large assets and assets that use underground roads or tunnels. There are a couple mods that fix this issue, but I really like the newest version of Advanced Road Anarchy.

Been a while since I played the game, but it seems now that no matter how flat the terrain, I keep getting a "terrain too steep" when trying to place this.

Caused by updates. :( Realize the present Road Anarchy is not the same as the previous release.... so if you had issues before, I would think it is fixed, but I don't have the two latest DLC's either....

Yeah, I downloaded a ton of your stuff yesterday and can't use quite a few things because of it. :( Your highway with roundabout exit ramps wont place without road anarchy either, which causes me endless grief :( You have some amazing stuff tho, thanks!
