surf_kitsune_nth - NO TELEHOP / NO DROP VERSION

Important - I am NOT the creator of this map (the author's name is Arblarg), although I've spent propably around 10 hours trying to figure out how to fix stuff that I mentioned below in the best way possible just because I think the map has actually pretty good surf in it if you don't have 2k speed at start of every stage.

It's just the same version of kitsune as ever, but with a important change - you can no longer telehop through stages, also there are no teleport drops (for not experienced surfers, basicly you DON'T have to directly fly into the teleport to get faster drop at the start of next stage which makes it less annoying to get run on).

This little fix changed the map's gameplay completely, and in the opinion of most surfers it's way more fun and consistent than in the original version (mostly because the teleports in original version randomly stopped you for no reason, that resulting in ruining your run).

@edit: Since it turns out there are many idiots who don't know how to google for proper surf settings and instead complain about the map "not working", im gonna list them below, simply type it into your console while playing the map:
sv_airaccelerate 150 - this is the command that is really the only command required to surf
bot_quota 0 - removes bots
mp_warmup_end - ends warmup
mp_timelimit 60 - sets timelimit to 60 (max)
