This is a simple mod made to balance nukes so they aren't completely overpowered, and i'll say it right now I don't care if it's been done before, nor would I know.
Only the host requires this.

Anyways the changes this mod does is as follows:
* 10% less damage, removing instantly killing nearly every faction's ship in a single hit even if their shields are up.
* 33% less blast radius, Nukes can't just detonate and hit you even after you avoid them now, ontop of that for factions which lack shields have it easier off, and ships which are ment to tank with armor don't just go down in one shot.
* 20% less hp, nukes are slightly easier to be shot down but can still take 4,000 damage
* 500% energy usage, now nukes can't be spammed effortlessly without a generator, costing 250 energy each launch
* 50% longer replication time, Nukes aren't spammed to the point where it's the only thing left on the battle field.
* Cannon Buffed The nukes cannon has been given a buff, doubling the fire rate, damage and range. It still misses noticibly though.

That's all the changes i've made to the nuke, i've tested them and they seem fine.
I'm working on faction 4 but they're very difficult to do due to obvious reasons.
