The only way to get information out of the game is by http requests, so you need something on the other end that can handle those, which is why some sort of webserver is required. You can of course run it locally and configure it as " http://localhost/wonitor" .

If you dont want that: there is an option in NS2Plus to save the round stats to a file (JSON). Then you have all the data on the server's disk, but you have to do the graphing yourself.
