描述
A high-wealth modern condominium. (3x4 tiles, low-density residential, level 5)

2nd place winner of the Custom Building Competition, now updated for After Dark and changed to low-density by user request. Takes up the full 3 tile width and can be located side-by-side itself without breaking continuity.

Comes in graphite, orange, mint green, and dark red.

hi i wonder if you can also make some level 1 modern houses low density cause we need this style for level 1 to 3 there is a lack of them
