Lincoln is the lover of Octavia Blake. He had an alliance with Finn Collins before Finn massacred his village. Lincoln has uneasy relationships with Bellamy Blake, Clarke Griffin, and Raven Reyes. Octavia once ended her relationship with him to stay with her people.

Lincoln was loyal to his people until they believed he betrayed them with Octavia and then after he became a Reaper. He is still shown loyal to his friends and wants to regain the trust of his people. He often aids the Delinquents because of his relationship with Octavia and because he believes what his people are doing to the Sky People is wrong.
