Healing Springs Clinic is a small healthcare facility, the type of a kurort or kurbad you can find in Central Europe. The patient capacity is lower than that of the standard medical clinic, but so is the construction and maintenance cost. The mineral waters help cure various skin problems, and I would try them for stress and burn-out too...

No custom assets or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but After Dark DLC is not needed. I made it for the Europe theme, but it works with other map themes also.
