To change your model to him, you must open up the console (by pressing the key under ESC, typically ~ or `) and type one of the following (without quotation marks):

JBravo By _Goatman_ (1st Image)
"model jbravo/default" to play with the regular skin
"model jbravo/red" to play with the red skin
"model jbravo/blue" to play with the blue skin

Bravo by Ronin{TRIAD} (2nd Image)
"model bravo/default" to play with the regular skin
"model bravo/qbravo" to play with the Quake 3 shirt
"model bravo/red" to play with the red skin
