Been looking for items without parking lots since have the parking lot mod. This asset looks really cool! Wish could have the lot removed....
Also, how many jobs come with this? 80? 120?

Would it be possible to get a version of this building without the parking? It would make the asset more customizable. The newer parkings are definitely far superior to what we had when you originally made this asset.
