[FIXED][LEGACY] Emerald UI (16:9)

This is a version of the original Emerald skin where I removed anything that didn't want to load in the game as it is after the After Dark expansion. It's therefore at the same level as it was back when it was active and things might still be broken

But at least it loads

Note that this isn't guaranteed to work with any mods since it's totally changing the UI and the mods that it has compatibility with are months and months old (from way back when Sapphire stille worked)
