Both DLC and MOD needed?

Works for me...try unsubbing then resubbing. It could've downloaded incorrectly. Also make sure that Larger Footprints isn't conflicting with any sort of building mod. Thats all I can think of.

Does not work for me. When I place, I end up with a large building on one end. Tall office maybe? Then poof, its all 100% gone. Tried placing at road, etc. I do like that it can be places anywhere, versus along a road like my other golf set. But oddly this will not place for me.

Next on the list is Banff Springs. I will attempt to use the Sub Buildings mod (not sure if it will work out). I'm also going to experiment with a 1:1 ratio, just to see how you guys like it.

The tourism default will be 0 for all of my upcoming courses. Judging my the popularity of Pebble Beach(no tourism) vs Augusta National(with tourism)
