The Terrorbomb SWEP - For DarkRP

The Terrorbomb was a tool created for my DarkRP server, EvilmelonRP.
After the closing of EvilmelonRP I've decided to release some of the tools I've cherished with the community.

This tool is perfect for terrorist jobs because it runs on a global timer, and can only be used once per 20 minutes. That's right, NOBODY can use this tool until the count down refreshes, so it cannot be abused by players.
It's a tool for DarkRP, but should be compatible with any gamemodes.
