Requires an Old Earth Relic in all Cities. Cannot be Sold.

+10 Global Health. +2 Science from Clinics.
Requires a Clinic in all Cities. Cannot be Sold.

National Research Institute
Science cost for all Techs reduced by 10%.
Completing a Tech generates 10% of its cost as Energy.
Requires a Laboratory in all Cities. Cannot be Sold.

National Transit Authority
+1 Energy from Trade Depots.
Immediately upgrades all owned Roads to Magrail.
Yield from internal City Trade Routes increased by 50%.
Requires a Trade Depot in all Cities. Cannot be Sold.

Dominion Temple (Rising Tide only)
Increase Diplomatic Capital each time a City gains a Citizen.
+50% Expedition speed.
Ancient Kerygma artifact reward.
