The Meltagun, also called a "Fusion Gun," "Melter," or "Cooker," is a powerful, short-ranged anti-armour weapon. let the emperor guide it

the melta gun is how it is because from what i have seen in dow it has some range and what i have seen in spacemarine its more aless a shotgun yes i know it only shoots one thing in the real lore but that is superhard to pull off in gmod so dont cry about it

the npc shoot the melta using one hand without aiming.......

You could make it like a melta from DOW or from the mods For DOW.
Or make it like the melta gun from the Exterminatus Mod for half life 2

but here is the thing a melta gun shot has a big raidious but you can do that with one shot so again it would be like a lasgun or if it wasnt a instant beam then it would be like a plasmapistol

Step one on how to make it not work like a lasgun.

#1 Make the beam be continuous and not instant.
