Promenade Parking 4x8 with Boost

Parking lot to match your AP entertainment district. Unlike the rest of the Promenade modular pieces, this one has a large area boost of entertainment. Why? Because in a country of cookie cutter monolithic indoor shopping malls, the relatively recent advent of outdoor commercial promenade districts in the US attracts throngs of locals and tourists alike. The tourist number is not too hight because a very high number increases crime to sometimes unresolvable levels. So instead of that, I boosted the entertainment power and range to simulate the effect these have in real life.

This is part of the Americana Promenade series of Entertainment Commercial buildings with unique landscaping and attractive night lighting. The rest of the AP collection requires After Dark since they are a specialized commercial type
