Two-ended Motors Mod Pack

I just did the code updating and DX-11 upgrades.

Adds two new motors and two new rotor parts for both Small and Large ships.

Functionality: Motors
Survival ready: Yes
Large: Yes
Small: Yes

These new blocks are powered and built similarly to vanilla motor and rotor part, with slightly adjusted build costs.
Both Large and Small versions enjoy a custom rotor alignment / displacement, which defaults to 0cm and is zeroed at 1µm (almost 0cm). It makes them perfectly aligned with the grid.

The motor is present in two variants: one uses the stator as a stator and the rotor as a rotor, the other one uses the stator as a rotor and the rotor as a stator.
The second one is here for convenience sake because it is sometimes easier to place. It currently uses the same models and build costs but it might change a bit in the future.

Is this some kinda joke? What a worthless mod. All but two of the items are for small grid and one of the two for large grid is just a part to a main piece THAT DOESN'T F-EN CLICK TO ANYTHING IN THE CENTER SECTION. What a waste of space no pun intended.

Is this mod working good right now? I have a good usage idea for it for a new script that came out.

Seems that a recent patch have broken these rotors, every time I copy/paste a ship in with these smalles ones on (freshly mounted rotors or old ones) they just explode, sending the ship flying away at warp speed or just detach (depending on block damage on/off I assume).
