Modern Elementary School by Populous

Twenty Elementary Schools per district is just too much, but the only way to improve a school in Cities Skylines is to add more students, but then it is called a cheat... I have raised the required number of staff including 30 Well Educated teachers instead of 9 and two Highly educated staff as Principle and Vise Principle to balance this out and now to have fun…

Features:
- Improved Radius from 500 to 1000 (what good are school busses if they only drive eight blocks)
- 640 Students based on size of building and 28 students per classroom
- Gated playground in back with side gate
- After Dark Friendly
- Cim Markers set

ReginaRC steam did not notify me of your post. Very good point, and while I try to take into account so many logical factors like building size etc.... I never thought about the era a building was built. Thanks

What I like about buildings with different stats is that it allows more immersion while playing. Perhaps the reason it doesn't cost as much and has a higher radius coverage is because it's a private school subsidized by parents paying at least partial tuition. I like the different styles because nowhere have I ever seen where every single school in a city is the same as they were all built at different times. Because of this they will not all cost the same to operate because of available tech at the times of building. I mean upkeep is going to cost more for a building constructed in the mid-1900s than it is for one built currently. So to my mind there's a way to justify differences in capacity and cost.

The number of students is not off. The district I work fro has 19 elementary schools. Totals range from 225-780.
Though, what is the water/electricity usage?

My goodness this is imbalanced, upkeep vs students is way off.

upkeep and cost is lowered, student capacity is raised. Unbalanced

@Populous, is the footprint also stock or is it a different size?

[NSA]Boro, Hey buddy, I did not get notice on this and always try to keep up with comments. Do you still have the same issue or was it fixed when they tried to fix the reports? 640 is correct and should be what it reads.
