Giant Change for A Game of Thrones 1.7.1

This edits the Giants, and modifying the Giant Trait to have effect rather than the target trait it is. Edits to the duel system are now in People's Champ. So to see affects in duels, you must use them together. While I was at it, I made duelist lifestyle affect duels as well.
