After some research I found that with the Snowfall update there is now a lower limit for the amount of tris a custom LOD can have. This means that the custom LOD for assests that have one need to be either removed or modified if it excceeds this limit. As I have no 3D modeling skills fixing this asset is, unfortunatly, beyond me. Anyone who does know 3D modeling is welcome to fix and re-upload it

Great looking asset. Unfortunately I get a dead person icon on it and hearses don't stop to pick up the body. Has anyone else had this?

Sorry guys, my bad. While updating the asset with lights I changed the footprint size to be over 16 units long (which would require you to use the Larger Footprints mod to plop it). Changed it back to 16 now and it should work fine. Please confirm.

message in-game says its broken, don't get me wrong I love that you updated the assest and I even rated it up for you, I guess I should have just elaborated further

Error message says Asset is broken when map is loaded.
