is the manhattan collection going to be reworked like the brooklyn one was or has it been merged into brooklyn reworked?

I noticed something whilst setting up a Build Theme. 4x2 are not availble from vanilla buildings. I think there's reason why Paradox may have done this, just speculatively.

Basically, there's no 4x1 and 4x2 default buildings but there is 4x3.
It may be important to upgrade all custom 4x2 buildings to 4x3 so that it can level-up. :steamhappy:
