Rook's 3x1 Parking Lot Car Park

Functional modular car park. No tourist or entertainment values. Use this 3x1 with my 1x1 parking lot (no HC) to extend the lot as far as you want. I also uploaded a standard 1x1 with handicap spot that can be used similarly. I designed this lot as a set of 2x and 1x lots that would be cohesive around the city and can be used together to make any size lot you want. Nothing fancy here, form follows function, you know. Shot out to hyperdrive_engage for his or her American Roads mod, and Signum_temporis for More Natural Colors LUT, thanks for making those bad ass mods I used in my screenshots!
