great possesstion tactic dominate almost any team in possesstion i have it set so if coq isnt playing and i use say ramsey or wilshere they play as DLP-D i have added pics of some of my star performers so far. for training u want tactical till fluid and match day as teamwork then once fluid goto main focus team cohesion and mach day def postioning. only problem is the defending as with most fm games there are problems with stupid goalkeepers and stupid defenders running super slow to get the ball but only lost 2 times so far with this tactic and played 26 games so far always welcome any feed back that can help improve the tactic

The core 4231 is really great for possesion. And mostly settings are nice too. Main thing is reduce number of opponent situations and this is very good concept. However we need good executors in penalty box, otherwise is a problem whit scoring goals.
