Burn (concept)

Beskrivning
This just the concept level with Continuous dash.

In Cloudbuilt there is one control that is forgotten and considered useless: Continuous Dash. If you hold down Dash button (Shift by default) you gain a lot of speed with little effort. This level is my attempt to revive that control. But if you find another way up - it's fine. I'm mostly interested to see how many players are familiar with this trick.

No DLC required.

Hm. I've disabled the gun to prevent people from using it for boosting and it also disables the crosshair. I can bring it back by switching the assault mode i guess. I'll get into it when i get back home.
Double boosting is normal - should not give you too much trouble as long as you pick up energy packs. I usually jump-boost right from the start and then doing continuous boost into the glass. As long as you touching the glass at the moment when second boost ends you should get a continous dash, even if you start it in air.
BTW: jump at the end of platform - it will straighten your trajectory, lower your speed and give you more height.

Well that sure was an exercise in control. It was fun to figure out though, and it's nice to actually be able to use the continuous dash :) The double boost thing does kind of suck, but I imagine it's there for the sake of control and consistancy when using the dash in general.

So like it's really hard to be consisent without a crosshair. I might have a problem with my game which is making it really hard to complete the level. It does a double boost which uses half the energy to get into the constant push state. I don't know how to stop this.

I moved the energy packs closer. It should be easier now as you can grab both at the same time and use air jumps.
