I just want to say that everything about this from the bot support to the personality in the animations is really good. Kudos!

Yeap, i'm an author.
I'm think this four edition is a last one, so i don't want update it at this moment.
And console command \model <modelname> is only one way for change player model.

Are you the author ? Or a friend of his ? If not, can you do it yourself ?

I have ideas for sport skin and AI behavior, but I don't know if you really want to work on it.

One last thing, I can spawn the bot with no any problem, but I can aply the skin to myself going the normal ingame menu way. Solution ?

Level of Detail. In q3/live is copies of model with fewer polygons.
