Hi, I am having the same problem as Faith, i.e. level 13 is not completable as the form do not seem to be filling with concrete.
Also, what programme/s do you use to create this mod?

und wo kann man mods modden mit welchen pogramm woher beckomme ich das ? :D

@fatih you have to take a crane and a concrete bucket, wich you have to buy at the stuff dealer.
