I've made a slightly different DCMI. The onramps have been moved as well as the offramps to ease traffic merging onto the main highway.

The intersection ended up bigger than I expected, and had to leave some ends elevated. You'll just need to bring these back to the right level you want (making this intersection also fairly height tolerant too).

You will also need to connect the stray onramps since I ran out of space.

Advantages
+ No dependencies
+ More slope tolerant than other DCMIs
+ High throughput
+ No weaving
+ No merging on onramps
+ Low elevation
+ No traffic lights
+ Competitively cheap place cost at approx $40 000
+ Somewhat compact

Disadvantages
- Throughput weakness is turning off the major road - both left and right turns are on the one offramp.
