Requested by montanasucks (from reddit) and d3souz4 (reddit)

IMPORTANT NOTE: DUE TO IT'S SIZE, THIS ASSET REQUIRES THE LARGER FOOTPRINTS MOD TO BE PLACED CORRECTLY.

Modeled after the 1st hole of Bethpage Black. All of the same properties as the previous holes.
Tourism is set to 0 because of a bug with crime/death/road connections. You can use the asset editor to change or remove the trees and to change the tourism stats.

Banff Springs is the next course. The ones I've made so far will remain untouched.

I love what you've done with these golf courses. But the thing that's holding me back is the Larger Footprints mod: how it could possibly break in the next CS update and how certain Boformer's going to support it. Just chipping in in case you have yet to decide if you should design your next course using the Sub Buildings mod.

Tourism, roadconnection aint the problem. I like the current scale.

Answering both....I'm interested in the 1:1 scale.
And I'd rather have zero tourism rather than deal with the road connections and the issues that creates.

Also I have another question for the community: Once I start using the sub buildings mod, I could make the courses 1:1 scale (they are currently at a 75% scale). Would you guys prefer a 1:1 scale, or the scale that I am using now?

It still works though. ;). I will use it for this course to be consistent, and I will see if I can effectively use the sub buildings mod for future courses.
