Irresponsible Ore Detector

This mod was originally created (as "Planet Ore Detector") immediately after the planet update to allow finding subsurface ores with scanning aircraft in multiplayer, during a time when no equivalent mods were yet available and the core game hadn't been fully balanced.
Today, there are many equivalent mods available, so this is repurposed to allow arbitrary preference in scanning range, up to a reasonable limit that doesn't overload the engine (which has improved significantly over the years). Current stats are max 1500M large and 500m small (original was 300m/200m).
