i can't plaiyng russion mission epsilone OW closes before the game starts why?

For mission 8 with the russians, I am not able to finish the level as I am not able to research any third level research from my research facilities, so the game just continues on??? I have built the base fully and researched everything I can, but the level will not finish? So it mustbe a bug? Can someone help as I have retired the mission several times with the same result?

Got a bug at the russian mission "Mission Epsilon", game always crash at map loading.

Got a bug at the russian mission "Mission Epsilon", game always crash at map loading... The error report is : "Access violation at address 00402CBD in module 'OwarOGL.exe'. Read of address 6440CD89 EAddress: 00402CBD" :(
