Outside Canteens + No Required Benches in Canteens!

A tweak to allow canteens to be outside and support chair-only situations! Works great with {Mini, Upgrades}'s new chairs, tables and benches!

-Small (obvious) warning: You will not be warned by the game to build seating in your Canteens anymore!

Compatible with PA Update 2!

Version Notes:
-Added new property 'DiningArea' introduced with Prison Architect Update 1; Tweaked canteens now working again

'Micro Tweak': -1 file with 1 definition, 0 sprites

ps.This simple mod is certainly NOT my only Prison Architect Mod; Find all my mods here!

LemonGrab ....With newest update to PA (that has Warden mode) you can now place kennels outdoors in fenced areas with staff door (even if Warden mode isn't selected).

ashcroft2000 i agree, we also need a mod (or hahaha patch) to make it so 1 kitchen can serve meals to more then one canteen

we need a mod to fix the bug that causes kitchens to report "there are no canteens accessable". Make them go to the nearest canteen or whatever.

hey i am making my prison and i cant finish it because the canteen it will let me place it outside bu it wont register as a canteen as in the cells and other things wont aattach to it and the kitchen will attach but it will say there are no accesible canttens just to let you know
