A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… on the overbridge of the Death Star, ominous events are taking place...

High General Tagge: Until this boardroom is fully outfitted, we are vulnerable. The Rebel Alliance is too well equipped. They are far better decorators than you realize.

Admiral Motti: Dangerous to your design fleet commander, NOT to this battle station.

High General Tagge: The Rebellion will continue to gain support at the Imperial Design Show ... And your sad devotion to this ancient furniture isn't conjuring up any Best in Show ribbons, Lord Vader.

Grand Moff Tarkin: That will no longer be of any concern to us. I have just received word that a young Jedi apprentice has assumed control of DX9 mod creation and is even now targeting DX11 as we speak ...

Emperor Palpatine: It is causing a great disturbance in the Force...

Lord Vader: I have felt it. And I am not entirely unreasonable... so I am thinking that if our existing boardroom furniture can be tweaked ... to... say... a brushed titanium and leather combo... it could create powerful allies within the Dyad Interior Aesthetics Association...

Emperor Palpatine: Hmmm ... yes... If it can be turned it would be a great asset. Can it be done?

Lord Vader: It will join us or be destroyed, Master.

Grand Moff Tarkin: This bickering is pointless. Subscribe to your Arrakis Death Star Office Conference Table in Brushed Titanium and Black Leather before your previously loaded game is operational or we shall be forced to crush any such rebellion with one swift stroke...

LCDs would be awesome. As a placeholder until this mod is fiully DX11 I made a table out of small blocks and added LCD panels to the table for every seat. Having LCDs integrated would be a big plus. And chairs, YES have them with select areas and make them "passenger-seat" compatible, so you can sit and work.

That is true. I love that you know that. I just thought this shape would look more formal for starship-destroyer meetings. I can certainly do a round one if anyone is interested, but I am updating my textures to DX11 first so everyone can enjoy these in both DX9 and DX11. Wondering if anyone would like glowing cobalt LCD's on the edge of the table and select areas of the chair? Or perhaps it is better to leave it as is...

Absolutely. You just never know what is going to hit you in the wee hours of the night. Perhaps I should have waited until those twin suns rose on Tatooine before flexing my keyboard... :)
