Level 5, low density Victorian detached villa in London Stock brick, with stucco detailing. Modelled on a real property in Crystal Palace, London, built circa 1860.

This asset is 3 tiles wide, and will grow on lots 4 tiles deep.

Part of "Victorian London", a set of low density residential assets that are designed to automatically level up to form a realistic London townscape from circa 1850-1880, with poorer and wealthier areas.
