Sword infantery line reskin

It is very easy. unsub and sub again, check in your steam folder mod the last mod added, and you'll have the files. Get the software for it (turtle pack if i remember correctly) and you'll be able to see witch file is for which model ingame. The game associates a specific number (file number) to a specific model face ingame, so just swap whichever you want. Sorry i've moved away from AoE, but i encourage you to create what you want, because that's what i did with this (shared here). I had zero experience with mods. There are also several talented modders that will try to help you if you ask them

anyone got any idea how you overwrite these? i am trying a mod that changes the two handed and another to change the champion, i want to keep the rest though. can i have some help please?

Somebody should make a separate skin mod of the militia to replace the nordic swordman of just the militia.

Fair enough. I assume the gunpowder units are more advanced than they are (consider they are unlocked the same age as trebuchets, I'm vastly overestimating them as something akin to Napoleonic/pre-Napoleonic firearms). Great mod btw, to say something more topical. XD

Early guns were really weak. Considering that the "biggest canon ever" at this time was built to break Constantinople walls, and adding the fact that those walls aren't that great as seen today, and it took more than a week of non stop shooting on it to make a little breach, you can easily imagine how weak they were. A shield easily stop a bullet from the early hand weapons

the recent update on the champion skin is the same as the condottiero skin i am using. it's quite confusing
