Adds the SOS Brigade, led by Haruhi Suzumiya

This mod Support Korean and English But Some sentences are not support in English
You can change leader scene and icon to anime ver at HaruhiOptions.sql

UA: Don't have any interest in ordinary people
When met new civilization, Your Capital gain +4% Great Person generation.
Capital gain +1% Great Person generation for every active War, Denounce and Declaring Friendship, including yourself.

UU: Humanoid Interface
Can use Great Engineer, Scientist and Merchant ability, But 25% reduction in efficiency than exist Great Person.

UB: SOS Branch
+25% Great People generation in this City. When Great People born, +1 That GP's responsible for yield.
Unlike the Garden the SOS Branch does not have to be built next to a River or Lake.

Welp, all a board the Anime let's play civ train for you too, narcasitic, evil, leader, from freaking highschool club, which the school embodys a capital city of an empire...I'm going to hate this in a good way aren't I xD
