描述
Planeptune. Home to the Strongest CPU of all of Gamindustri. Who also probably has the title "Strongest being in the Galaxy" at one point. But not anymore! After certain events whose information I will not disclose, Neptune and Nepgear have found themselves ported to a strange new galaxy. And it seems that the only way to survive is for them to team up against the odds with the natives of this habitated world they so happen to have convienently ended up on. Like really. What are the odds?

Probably not this one. But Iris Heart will be updated since she has a set of ships (that someone decided to do anyways.) That I can just throw into her faction easy peasy. Otherwise the Peacemaker and his version of the Peacemaker Factions is my top priority. I need to make some unique vessels for him still.

Not much people love nep-nep here, so sad :( ,So i spend too much time on CIV5's nep-mod. Beside, nicely work pal.

Huh. I thought this would be more popular then it has been. But hey I can't complain. The Nep-Neps here are doing better then Uni,Blanc,Vert,Noire, and Plutia combined.

Yes. I am aware that there is a Neptunia lead by Neptune on the workshop right now. I've subbed it. Buts it lacks all these fancy and nice pictures. Besides. I'm a fan of having the Hyperdimension characters fighting eachother. They highly focused expansionist who do have high priorities for military and science. They also use the Terran Tech tree.
