HL2 - Docks (Increased water level)

Back to the roots here, this a map ripped from HL2 (namely d2_coast_04).
I've removed all the one-time triggers and enemies.
On the other hand, the map has some improvements and fixes here and there, like the entire docks area being more accessible.

Now, technical stuff:
- The map is AI-noded (for the most part)
- The crane works (as I mentioned)
- The phys-bridge is still a phys-bridge
- The door on the warehouse is now toggleable
- The bridge is no longer destroyed
- The car wreckyard was removed
- Underwater is a bit buggy
