There's a track above you that tells you everything you need to do to beat the track. That is literally the entire gimmick of the track. If you somehow managed to get through the entire track without realizing that, then you have some perserverence. However, if you actually noticed the gimmick, there is no reason for you to fall through that track "with absolutely no warning whatsoever" because the track above you gives you a gigantic warning by ending in a road end piece.

This is very badly designed. A player should never die by falling through the floor with absolutely no warning whatsoever.
