You can change the traits of leaders by accessing 'Traits.sql' in mod files and change the multiplier values!!

no default settings are enough.
well I dont exactly know why AI doesnt declare war on you,
When I play I saw 2~3 AIs ganking up against me.

If you think war is happening to little, you can simply pay them to fight because baldness settings are really high.

i used this mod on a huge map with 24 civs and max citystates,and nobody wanted to declare war on me.almost everybody wanted to have me declare war on venice with them,but nobody wanted to declare war on me and my small army of 15 units.do i have to edit the code or somthing?

I've tried that a few times and you have a point... Unless you're playing as Germany or Denamrk, both of which are trapped between other civilizations which is even worse for Germany because as Germany you're locked between Napoleon and Casimir, both of which are already warmongering enough to crush you like a meatgrinder.

Conclusion: if you're Germany in a TSL map then good luck

This setting will be much useful if you combine with other scenarios such as TSL
because in those pre-set scenarios you don't need to worry about getting raped by Huns at turn 4

Perfect, now I shall trigger what I call the pressure cooker effect: put 43 military-based civs on a small map, set resources to sparse, download mods like this one and let the bloodbath begin! >:D
