Mammoth's Mountain Skylines Maps

Description
This map is based on a low-resolution 28x28km heightmap of the Muir and Adams inlets of Glacier Bay, Alaska. "Shaanax" is simply the Tlingit word for "mountain valley." The large glacier on the north side of the map is the Casement Glacier. Muir Point, Mt. Case, and Mt. Wright to the south. Trees galore, ore & oil in the heights, and farms in the lowlands. Carefully crafted highways and rail.

Theme: Boreal
Trees: Approximately 203,000
Highway connections: 4
Rail connections: 4
Ship paths: 2 (4 connections)
Airplane paths: 2

Screenshot LUT: Some combination of Temperate and TOD's_AD_Warm_Contrasted_1.1 (I think).

Caveats
As with all snowy maps, this map requires the use of the Terrain Texture Replacer mod with this sand texture[imgur.com]. (Will post more detailed instructions upon request.) Though this map should work as a 9-tile map, a 25-tile mod is recommended. There is not much wind power on the starting tile.

Credits
The intersections are Timboh's A-Trumpet Interchange and Atomgott's "stackinterchange forunevenground".

Disclaimers
To anyone who asks "Why would I build my city under the snout of a river of ice that could casually smither it into corn flakes?” I say: 1) In general, Alaskan glaciers are in retreat. 2) I doubt your city will last until the next ice age (unless all your cims are left waiting dutifully in line for their offramp). 3) Have you ever seen a disaster movie about a runaway glacier? Am I right? 4) As the map creator I will go out on a limb and GUARANTEE that no glacier will ever flatten your city, or your money back.

My other maps
