You can feed zombies with brains.
Brains adds 20 additional health(or more from cvar) and brains can blow up zombies if they ate more brains.
Zombies can ate some npc brains and player brains.

All cvars for control this mod is located in:Spawnmenu->Utilities->Scripts->Brains

Requires HL2:EP2 for brain model.

If npc decapitation not work,you should put a tick on Keep Corpses in:Context menu(C button)->NPCs
If you not want blow up zombies,you can set "Max eaten brains" cvar to 0.
