描述

Skycutter is my remastered version of Tyrael's Sword of Justice.

Craftable at any Forge under Dwarven. Damage is deadric grade with extra lightning damage and visual effects.

Twin Secrets is a book that increases Enchanting. Can't find it? Ask google
( or ~ player.additem 2F839 1 )

Don't ask for the sword ID cause I can't help you. Custom modded items don't use fixed IDs like vanilla. Use the "help" console command to find it ( ~ help skycutter 0 ).

So I've got the perk for dwarven smithing but the sword refuses to let me smith it, and I don't know why

Holy shit, a weapon/armor mod dev that actually tells you the power level of their added item! It's like finding a Unicorn.
