I really enjoyed this one! I generally don't like using this interaction between settlers and hurricanes (maybe there is a way around it), it feels kind of like cheating. :P But big plus for the excellent mountain placement to block most hurricane paths. :)

Have you tried Prelogate? Spatial logic puzzles, fun with manipulating lasers, and there are you-Tube walkthroughs if you haven't the time to work out the hardest puzzles. I also tried Human Resource Machine, and the forum there suggested lots of programming/logic puzzle games.

Just to say, I've got completely stuck and mentally exhausted lots of times. I took a break for a few days and got my mind off it. When I came back, I felt refreshed and often had new ideas. If you take regular breaks and come back refreshed, you'll get the most out of the game. I never thought when I started that I would be able to do as well as I have. It's a learning process, and there are ups and downs.

U probably chopped te forrest above the settlement at the right time. If u miss it it will catch fire and u can only dig out the fire and thus miss the gold.

Hope you find time to complete more of the in-game puzzles and/or more interesting puzzles of your own.

Also, the forest under the local hot made for some interesting interactions.

Very hard, and interesting interaction between the hurricane and the settlers. I could only manage one solution, so I didn't see the point of the gold goal except to let me finish with 10 score rather than 0. Is there a 2nd solution which doesn't get gold?
