Amsterdam Canal Offices by kai

Seeing GCVos's new canal assets I thought the workshop needed more Amsterdam. This building is known as 'De Dolphijn' and was built somewhere around 1600.

Growable, Level 3 office building. 2x4 plot size.

This building causes the following error in combination with the Rico mod:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

Details:
No details"

I think, better have it L2, but it's up to you, of course.

Rickyprt: the VOC building is a much larger building in a similar style. The street adress of this building is Singel 140.

Ivanish: it is a growable, level 3 office.

Just what the great canal system needed, great work. I lived in Gothenburg (Göteborg) for over a decade and as you might know it was inspired or even modeled after the city of Amsterdam. Very nice asset, thanks a lot!

I'm a bit confused though, is this a ploppaple or growable?
