Psion Harbinger

The Psion Harbinger have come from another Galaxy, crossing the deep void to reach the known Galaxy. What motivated them to cross the void is unclear. Either it was to expand their empire from their own Galaxy or to flee from something with in it. In either case, this isn't great news for this Galaxy. The Psions as their name suggests, have a psychic link to each other. Their ships too are a cross between Mechanical and Bio-engineering and are Psychically linked as well.
