描述

A small WiP mod I made with the Democracy Modder tool. A strong military force and police presence can make your population afraid of the government. The more afraid they are, the more likely people are to be scared into voting for you.

There are no state employees after using your mod. Had to mod your mod myself.

This should be counterbalanced with increased assassination risk considering you can install mods to mitigate that.

I had to uninstall this mod and now I am trying to re install it. Unfortunately it isn't downloading when I re-subscribe. How do I manually download it? Sorry for the noob question
